We help busy mommas and dads re-introduce fitness into their days by exercising multiple times around their schedule.

How It Works

MOM-Minutes provides a flexible approach to your workout regime so you can sprinkle mini exercise sessions throughout your day that fit around your kids' schedule and other family commitments.

STEP 1.
CHOOSE YOUR PLAN

Three plans for different needs. 12-months for a long-term commitment, 3-months for an overhaul, and a monthly plan for flexibility.

STEP 2.
WORKOUT DELIVERY

You'll receive your ​​workout plan in a format you can access online and also print out. It will be designed so you can break it up to fit in your day.

STEP 3.
​PROGRESS

Follow your plan consistently and get fitter, stronger, and more confident every week. Enjoy the progress and keep reviewing your goals.
