How It Works
MOM-Minutes provides a flexible approach to your workout regime so you can sprinkle in quick workouts throughout your day that fit around your kids' schedules and other family commitments.
STEP 1.
CHOOSE YOUR PLAN
Three plans for different needs. 12-months for a long-term commitment, a monthly program + access to our guided workouts, and a monthly plan for flexibility.
STEP 2.
WORKOUT DELIVERY
You'll receive your workout plan in a format you can access online. It will be designed so you can break it up to fit in your day.
STEP 3.
PROGRESS
Follow your plan consistently and get fitter, stronger, and more confident every week. Enjoy the progress and keep reviewing your goals.

THREE WORKOUTS PER WEEK
Each workout will be total body, training upper body, lower body, core, with aspects of power, strength, and mobility.

MONTHLY REVIEWS
Each month you'll receive a new plan that builds on the results and progress you've made in the previous 4 weeks.

ACCOUNTABILITY BUDDY
If you want, we will pair you up with another mom to help you keep each other accountable and check in on each other.
